TERMS OF SALE

 

RESERVATIONS

Reservations for trips and for all other products of Glamour and Joy Ltd are made in the offices of the company, in the offices of the authorized travel agencies or by electronic way directly in this site. Any reservation to be valid must be accompanied by remittance of a down payment of minimum 30%. The outstanding balance of 70% must be paid as per requirements of each hotel or special offer written in this web site. After reception of each payment, an invoice will be issued and sent to you. In case of missing payment in the above mentioned terms, Glamour and Joy reserves the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be implemented.

Hotel reservation

Instant confirmation: a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a unique reservation number and description of our services included in the rate. This is your contract, made between you and Glamour and Joy Ltd in its capacity as an accommodation provider. To finalize the reservation process we will send to you our hotel voucher which you need to present at the hotel reception for your accommodation, after we receive payment in full for your reservation. In case you choose to pay through our virtual POS terminal, you will receive the hotel voucher after finalizing the payment process. The deadline for payment will vary depending on the type of discount involved and will be communicated to you in a separate e-mail. Please, note that in case a confirmed reservation is not paid before the payment deadline, it will be cancelled by us.

In the case when an instant confirmation is not available, a reservation request can be sent to us and our reservation team will reply as soon as possible. If you eventually make a reservation you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a unique reservation number and description of the services included in the rate. This is your contract, made between you and Glamour and Joy Ltd in its capacity as an accommodation provider. To finalize the reservation process we will send to you a voucher which you need to present at the hotel reception for your accommodation, after we have received payment in full for your reservation. The deadlines for payment will vary depending on the type of hotel, any discounts or other terms involved and will be communicated too you in a separate e-mail. Please, note that in case a confirmed reservation is not paid before the payment deadline, it will be cancelled by us. 

Please, note that if cancelled in accordance with the respective hotel’s cancellation policy /indicated in the quote/ all reservations are refundable.

Please note that we do not charge a reservation fee.

How to amend or cancel a reservation

Cancellations and amendments are only accepted when presented to us in writing by e-mail.

If you would like to change the details of your reservation after we have already confirmed it we will do our best to help you but we do not guarantee it will always be possible to do as requested. We may also need to recalculate the price according to the new details. Amendment fees may apply if the changes are made close to the arrival date / as per hotel cancellation policy/.

   

Necessary documents

All nationals of EC can travel with their valid Identity cards. The nationals of other countries have to inquire about conditions of the regime of circulations between their country and countries to be visited in the chosen trip. Glamour and Joy will not take responsibility of settlement of all formalities before departure under no circumstances whatsoever. The client himself must take care of all formalities prior to arrival / passport, visa if necessary/, including customs formalities.

Responsibilities

Glamour and Joy Ltd is an authorized Tour operator and Travel Agent; License PK-01-6029

Glamour and Joy takes full responsibility for the quality of the services included in each program.

Glamour and Joy is not responsible for any loss of property, damage, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience due to reasons beyond the control of the Tour operator such as: weather events, attacks, epidemics, traffic congestion, strikes, delays or unforeseen incidents. Glamour and Joy is not responsible for rerouting caused by fault of airline carriers. Customers are obliged to respect the laws of the countries where they travel. Customer bears full responsibility for his own failure to comply with these laws, failing to present the necessary documents for departure, and at any delay/ even if caused by force majeure in moving to the starting point of the journey by air, rail or road transport, of which Glamour and Joy is not a provider/ and will take upon himself all additional costs caused by these circumstances.

Cancellations and modifications

Cancellation on behalf of the customer for trips abroad:

If the cancellation takes place:

More than 60 days before departure date, 100% of the down payment will be reimbursed;

Between 59 to 30 days before the date of departure the amount of the deposit of the travel     will be charged as a penalty fee;

Between 29 to 20 days before the date of departure 50% of the full cost of the travel will be charged as a penalty fee;

Less than 14 days before the date of departure 100% of the full cost of the travel will be charged as a penalty fee;

In case of cancellation in the day of departure or /no show/ 100% of the full cost of the travel will be charged as a penalty

Cancellation on behalf of the customer for trips in the country:

If the cancellation takes place:

More than 20 days before departure date, 100% of the down payment will be reimbursed;

Between 19 to 14 days before the date of departure the amount of the deposit of the travel will be charged as a penalty fee;

Between 13 to 7 days before the date of departure 100% of the full cost of the travel will be charged as a penalty fee;

If the customer cuts short his trip he won’t be to claim any reimbursement, and implementation of any additional service shall be subject to surcharge on the spot.

Cancellations on behalf of GLAMOUR AND JOY

Glamour and Joy reserves the right to cancel a trip in case of organizational problems, in which case the full amount of the down payment will be reimbursed. The company has to inform the customer 7 days prior to departure that the trip has been cancelled.

Claims

All claims and returns are handled in written form, according to the applicable law. In case of dissatisfaction of the service delivered by Glamour and Joy, you can contact us on office@glamourandjoy.com

In case of dissatisfaction of services delivered by third parties we will assist you in submitting and serving your best interest to the third party according to the applicable laws, rules and terms.
